- from: using this operator along with an email address give the result of those email that are from the specified email address. Example: from:admin@easytricksandtips.tk
- to: using this operator along with an email address give the result of those email that have sent to the specified email address. Example: to:admin@easytricksandtips.tk
- subject: This will search your emails for the subject of all Email messages that you have sent/received. Example: subject:easy tricks and tips
- label: This will search your Email messages to which you have given a particular label. Example: label:Private
- has: This operator will show only those Email Messages which contains attachment. Example: has:attachment
- in: After typing the in: operator just give the label name. This will show all those Email messages which are present in that particular label. Example: in:sent
or, in:anywhere (If you don't know the label.) - is: This operator shows Email messages according to the state of the messages. Example: is:unread or is:read or, is:starred
- before: This will show all the Email messages that are received before a particular date that you have specified. The date format must be: yyyy/mm/dd. Example: before:2011/10/02
- after: This will show all the Email messages that are received after a particular date that you have specified. The date format must be: yyyy/mm/dd. Example: after:2011/10/02
