How to remove Enter Space or Carriage return from an Excel Cell

Excel or Spreadsheet is a very much useful tool today. In the office works, it is regularly used in a various way. Sometimes we got stuck to proceed with it for some steps that we do not know. Easy Tricks and Tips gives a small tutorial on Excel to remove the carriage return gaps, that can help many people to the work flow.

If an excel file contains cell with multiple new lines and if they needed to be in single line then this small key combinations can serve the purpose like a charm.

If all the three lines in the below screenshot needed to be in one line then follow the following steps to make that happen.

-Just click on the cell and press Ctrl + H. Find and Replace option will pop-up.

-In the Find What line just press Ctrl + J. It will place a small blinking dot (.) in the line.

-Leave the Replace With line blank and hit Replace or Replace All (For multiple Cells).

-Now all the three lines will be merged into one line.
