  1. Download the app from here.

  3. Paste the folder "com.mobisystems.msdict.embedded.wireless.oxford.dictionaryofenglish" to SDcard/android/data/
  4. Run the app.

It may crash on some devices. If it does, please restart the phone and run again. Hopefully it will solve the problem.
