To make a pendrive bootable, you will need three ingredients:
- One pendrive with minimum 8GB storage.
- Rufus software. (This will make the pendrive bootable) | Download-1 Or Download-2
- Operating system iso image with boot image in it.
Once you have all of the aforementioned ingredients, let's get cooking. Follow these steps to make a bootable pendrive:
- Connect your pendrive to the computer you will work.
- Run the Rufus software.
- Select the pendrive from the dropdown menu at the top if it does not detect your connected pendrive automatically.
- Browse the OS iso image and select it.
- Hit "Start" to initiate the process to make the pendrive bootable.
