Unblocking Someone in Facebook - How to do it?

  1. In the top right corner, click the dropdown tab icon.

  3. Select "Blocking" from the drop-down menu.
  4. A section called "Block Users" should appear, along with a list of everybody you've blocked.
  5. Next to the name of the user you want to unblock, select "Unblock."
  6. "Confirm" should be selected.


Unblocking someone on the Facebook Android app

  1. Open the Android app and tap the icon in the upper right corner that looks like three stacked horizontal lines.
  2. From the "Settings & Privacy" menu, select "Settings."
  3. From the "Audience & Visibility" tab, scroll down and tap "Blocking."
  4. When you see a list of blocked persons, touch "unblock" next to the person you wish to unblock.
  5. To confirm, tap "unblock" once again.


Unblocking someone on Facebook for iOS (iPhone and iPad)

  1. Open the Facebook app and tap the icon in the bottom right corner that looks like three stacked horizontal lines.
  2. Tap "Settings" on the "Settings & privacy" page.
  3. From the "Audience & Visibility" menu, choose "Blocking."
  4. A list of blocked people should show; select the person you wish to unblock by tapping "unblock" next to their name.
  5. To confirm, tap "unblock" once again.


On Facebook Lite, how do you unblock a friend?

  1. Launch Facebook Lite and tap the icon in the upper right that looks like three stacked horizontal lines.
  2. Select "settings" from the drop-down menu.
  3. The "Audience & Visibility" page has a button called "Blocking."
  4. Tap "unblock" next to the person you wish to unblock from the list of blocked individuals that appears.
  5. To confirm, press "unblock" once more.


On the Facebook mobile browser, how do you unblock someone?

  1. There are two mobile browser versions of Facebook.
  2. On the "traditional" mobile browser, here's how you unblock someone.
  3. In the top right corner, tap the icon with three stacked horizontal lines.
  4. From the "Audience & Visibility" menu, select "Blocking."
  5. When you see a list of blocked persons, touch "unblock" next to the person you wish to unblock.
  6. To confirm, tap "unblock" once again.


The same procedures apply to the "new" mobile browser experience, with the exception that in step two, you'll find "Blocking" under the "Privacy" option rather than an "Audience & Visibility" one.
